Products:

  • Our candles are made with a soy wax blend designed for a clean, even burn and strong fragrance throw.

  • Yes. Our products are phthalate-free, vegan, and cruelty-free; carefully selected to create warm, layered scents that feel soft and lived-in rather than overpowering.

  • Ruby & Florence fragrances are designed to gently fill a space and linger softly throughout the home. The experience is atmospheric rather than overwhelming.

  • Our foaming hand soaps and restorative hand balms are designed for everyday use, but we recommend discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Avoid direct eye contact and external use only.

  • Yes. Our room fragrance sprays can be lightly misted onto linens and fabrics. We recommend patch testing delicate fabrics first.

Candle Care:

  • Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the vessel during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.

  • We recommend burning candles for no more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Yes. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn for a cleaner, more even flame.

Orders & Shipping:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted during launches or limited releases.

  • Due to the nature of home fragrance products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and local tax regulations.

  • Standard Shipping on orders $75 or more is free. For orders under $75, the shipping charges will be calculated based on your address and displayed at checkout.
